Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items
All custom-made apparel and pre-ordered apparel are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
Eligible Returns
All other non-custom, non-sale items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used on future purchases.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
